  • A delivery agreement may also be formed with a third-party delivery driver

  • BoxDine facilitates the transaction but is not a party to these contracts

  • Pay the full amount shown at checkout, including food cost, delivery fees, and taxes

  • Use a valid payment method

  • These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BoxDine website, mobile application, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using BoxDine, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

  • 2. Our Role

  • BoxDine is a platform that connects customers with local restaurants and independent delivery partners. We act solely as a broker and do not prepare, handle, or deliver food ourselves.
  • 3. User Eligibility
  • To use our Service, you must:
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
  • 4. Ordering Process
  • When you place an order through BoxDine:
  • Order confirmations do not guarantee availability. Restaurants may cancel or reject orders if necessary.
  • 5. Payments
  • All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. You agree to:
  • BoxDine is not responsible for any transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.
  • 6. Cancellations and Refunds
    Customer Cancellations

You may cancel an order only before the restaurant accepts it. After acceptance, cancellations may not be possible.

Restaurant or Partner Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled due to item unavailability, technical issues, or other operational reasons. You will be notified and refunded where appropriate.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at BoxDine’s discretion and based on the circumstances of the case.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or submit false information

  • Harass or abuse restaurants, drivers, or customer service

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

  • Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

8. Data Privacy

We collect and process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Your name, phone number, and email may be shared with restaurants and drivers only during active orders

  • All contact data is automatically removed from restaurant/driver views once an order is marked "Delivered"

  • We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on BoxDine are the property of VITECHSPARK LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without our permission.

10. Availability and Updates

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

  • Modify or update the platform at any time

  • Suspend services for maintenance or upgrades

  • Change these Terms with notice; continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms

11. Liability

BoxDine acts only as a medium between customers and restaurants/delivery partners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VITECHSPARK LTD is not liable for:

  • The quality, preparation, or content of food provided by restaurants

  • Allergic reactions or health issues caused by consumption of food

  • Mislabelled ingredients or failure to disclose allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten)

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party couriers

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Important:
Customers are responsible for checking allergen information directly with restaurants before placing orders. BoxDine does not verify allergen content or accept liability for health-related issues.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total value of the order concerned.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
